A great starting point is for us to understand how you use FileDirector and what level of support you need. We offer a FREE no obligation health check. This means we will spend up to two hours with you, remotely, looking at your FileDirector installation and will correct any issues you have there and then if we can. 

We are one of Spielberg's UK partners and this means we know FileDirector inside-out and with the full support of Spielberg, the software vendor's and developers we are able to help  and support you as and when you need it. 

Spielberg backed support contract with software assurance

We recommend that you take out an annual support contract which is backed by the software writers, Spielberg. This will entitle you to future updates and access to their resources on the very rare occasions when we can't remedy a solution ourselves. 

How we respond faster

It doesn't matter where you are located - we have customers all over the UK. It's simply not cost effective to offer a support contract which provides you with an engineer on site so we use remote access software, accompanied by you, so we can see your screen, see the issue and remedy accordingly. This ensures we are responsive and can often fix issues within a matter of minutes - try us out !

We use a job ticketing system so we get notified as soon as you submit your request and will then contact you promptly to get you back up and running.
